Our Philosophy & Focus

Our focus is that through a variety of movement experiences the client/student will grow their body knowledge and become more mindful of their habitual movement patterns as well as learn how to manage injuries and/or physical dysfunctions.

 

Our knowledgeable trainers are focused on each client with these principles in mind and as a team Pivot Pilates will continue to improve the lives of people as a community leader in Pilates, movement exploration, and wellness.
